Please join the Central Valley Chapter in a pleasure ride on Sunday, September 21st and enjoy God's country while taking your bike across the river on ferries. There are no fees for the ferries. All riders are welcome to attend, so please invite friends and other clubs to join us.

Details:

8:00 AM: Modesto area riders meet at the Clubhouse located at 442 Kansas Ave, Unit G, Modesto. We will depart & head to Rio Vista to meet any other riders from the bay area.

9:30 AM-10:00 AM: Rio Vista (Chevon/McDonalds on Highway 12) riders connect with the Modesto area riders.

10:00 AM: Depart Rio Vista meeting location and ride North along the Delta where we will cross twice on ferries and once on a steel truss bridge (that was a ferry crossing long ago, hence the 3rd ferry) going through several small towns and by several landmark homes, then stopping for a picnic lunch (provided by CVSKMM) around 12ish in/near the town of Courtland (east of Elk Grove) then disperse from that location after lunch.

Disclaimer: Yes the 3 Ferries Ride only encompasses 2 ferries but the 2 ferries ride didn't sound good!
